Terms & Conditions

  • References to "Visa" contained herein shall refer to Visa International Service Association and/or its wholly-owned subsidiaries, as applicable.
  • All participants to be over 16 years of age.
  • Winners will be selected at random and notified by the participating radio stations. No further correspondence will be entered into in relation to selection of winners.
  • Employees of the Visa group companies, Visa's advertising agency TBWA\RAAD, G2 and associated companies are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
  • Visa, its advertising agency TBWA\RAAD, G2 and associated companies accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or any other person in connection with, or in the use of the prizes.
  • By entering this competition a participant consents to Visa and its appointees to using its personal data to the extent necessary for the effective conduct of the competition which may include the passing of such personal information to third parties.
  • Visa reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Daily prize winners will be awarded tickets for two people to one of the 6 match days during the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009. Match ticket allocation will be determined by Visa in its sole discretion.
  • Grand prize winner will receive tickets and accommodation for 3 nights at a hotel specified by Visa.
  • All winners agree to abide by FIFA's ticket Terms & Conditions http://www.fifa.com/clubworldcup/organisation/ticketing/termsandconditions.html.
  • No cash alternatives will be offered for any of the prizes. Transfer of the prize to another will be allowed at the sole discretion of Visa.
  • Visa will not be responsible for any transportation, accommodation (other than for the Grand Prize Winner as set out above) or travel costs. Additional spending money and costs will be at the winner's expense.
  • Tickets will be delivered to the address provided by the prize winner.
  • Prize winners will need to sign an acknowledgement letter on receipt to claim their prize.
  • Visa reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for this promotion without any notice.
