  • Full FIFA terms and conditions can be found on the back of your 2010 FIFA World Cup™ tickets.
  • Draw date: 14th of March 2010.
  • All Visa cards issued from countries from participating countries of the GCC market, including Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco will have a chance of winning when card holders use their valid Visa card at home or abroad during the promotion period 15th Jan - 28th Feb 2010.
  • All Visa cards issued from countries outside of the GCC market, including Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco will be eligible to participate in the promotion but will have a chance of winning only when card holders use their valid Visa card in the countries in the GCC market, including Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco during the promotion period 15th Jan - 28th Feb 2010.
  • 11 packages will be dispersed across the GCC market including Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco. A further 11 FIFA World Cup™ prize packages will be drawn from one pool, randomly selected by electronic draw.
  • References to "Visa" contained herein shall refer to Visa International Service Association and/or its wholly-owned subsidiaries, as applicable.
  • All participants to be over 16 years of age.
  • Winners will be notified by the 25th of March 2010 and will need to sign an acknowledgement letter on receipt to claim their prize.
  • Employees of the Visa group companies, Visa's advertising agency TBWA\RAAD, G2 and associated companies are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
  • Visa, its advertising agency TBWA\RAAD, G2 and associated companies accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or any other person in connection with, or in the use of the prizes.
  • By entering this competition a participant consents Visa and its appointees to use their personal data to the extent necessary for the effective conduct of the competition which may include the passing of such personal information to third parties.
  • Visa reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners without prior notice.
  • Prize winners will be awarded the prize package as detailed in the prize package description. Prize allocation will be determined by Visa.
  • No cash alternatives will be offered for any of the prizes. Transfer of the prize to another will be allowed at the sole discretion of Visa.
  • It is the winner's responsibility to make all travel arrangements such as passport, visa, medical, etc.
  • Additional spending costs will be at the winner's expense.
  • Flight tickets will be delivered by TBWA\RAAD to the address provided by the prize winner.
  • Visa reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for this promotion without any notice.
  • Terms and Conditions of hotels and participating outlets will apply to this promotion.
  • All winners' details must be uploaded to the guest registration site by the 15th May 2010.
  • Prize will be forfeited if winners cannot arrange for travel in time or fail to claim prizes before April 30th.
  • Winners are prohibited from selling or auctioning prizes.
  • Guest experience package details maybe liable to change.
