Terms and Conditions

1. All Visa and Visa Electron cards issued from participating banks in MENA will be eligible for the promotion.
2. Every international transaction billed on a Visa or Visa Electron card from June 1 to Aug 31, 2009 will automatically entitle the cardholder to one entry into the Prize draw.
3. Winners will be notified by their respective banks.
4. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or will be forfeited.
5. Employees of Visa, their advertising agency Tbwa\Raad, Tequila/ME and associated companies are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
6. Visa, their advertising agency Tbwa\Raad, Tequila/ME and participating banks accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or any other person in connection with, or in the use of the prizes.
7. Visa reserves the right to publish the names of winners and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Prize is a trip around the world. The value of each trip package is USD 15,000 plus USD 3,000 pocket money. The USD 3,000 prize amount will be credited directly to the cardholder’s bank account.
9. A total of 7 prizes is split across MENA markets (1 prize for each of UAE, KSA, Kuwait & Qatar - 1 for Oman & Bahrain and 2 prizes for Egypt, Jordan & Lebanon markets).
10. No cash alternatives will be offered for any of the prizes. Transfer of the prize to another will be allowed at the sole discretion of Visa International.
11. Room nights are subject to availability.
